About two months ago, I launched a challenge called the Finish 5 wherein I targeted to empty out five items from my skincare and makeup stash. As someone who has never (and I really mean never) finished anything beauty related plus my hoarding tendencies (beauty-related or not), this was something that I strived to be really conscious of on a daily basis.
I’m super excited to show you my trash my progress (sort of), so hop on in!
My Favourite Things is a blog link-up by Eireen and Raisa about well, our favourite things. It can be anything — a book, makeup stuff, food, places, gadgets, website, people — and it can be as few or as many as you’d like.
I know, I know, I know, it took me seven months before I remembered to blog my second of this series! To be honest, I didn’t think I had favourites last month, mainly because I got so busy that I couldn’t pay attention to stuff like these. But then I realized, because I didn’t have much time on my hands, I stuck to the things that I like the best.
Without further ado, here are the things that I July-ke the best (#SryNotSry for the pun).
Two cents is a beauty blog series that doles out initial thoughts on newly-purchased products.
Surprise, surprise, it’s not all makeup! In fact, most of the items that I have picked out are skin care.
I have shopped at BeautyMNL twice now, and both experiences are excellent. The products are reasonably priced and they’re shipped the next day. It’s no wonder why I keep browsing through their website *greedy grin* Now, I’m promising Mario that I’m just waiting for two other shipments and I’m going on a ban again, maybe until Christmas… or longer.
Here are the items that I have purchased. And I’m very excited about them because I have never encountered any of these before.
Makeup Stash is a beauty tag series that attempts to review various makeup items via full makeup routine demonstration and swatches.
In order to justify the ridiculous amount of BB creams that I have, I think I need to roll out a review of some sorts. I currently have five BB creams, four are from unique brands and I’ve accumulated them over a span of (only) two months.
I do rotate them almost every week, but sometimes it’s a hassle to be forced to use some items that are very hard to deal with. Case in point, the Myra Vitaglow BB Cream.
